When and how will I receive the instructions and keys?
We use a self check-in system with a key box by the door. You'll receive a link with check-in instructions 24 hours before your arrival - just follow the steps in the message!
What about early check-in and late check-out?
Our apartments are very popular and we need time between arrivals to thoroughly clean and prepare them. We take a responsible approach to cleaning to ensure you have a comfortable and quality holiday. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not often possible, but please do not hesitate to contact us - we will try to find the best options and accommodate your wishes as well as possible.
What about parking?
We try to include parking with each apartment but it's not always possible. Please check the description of the specific apartment for details. Even if there isn't a private parking lot, our check-in instructions always include detailed information about parking options nearby.
What amenities are included in the rentals?
Each of our properties is equipped with the essential amenities. These include high speed Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens, fresh linen and toiletries. Yes, we have a self-check-in system. The key is located in a key box by the door—just follow the instructions. Please make sure you leave the keys in the key box where you found them.
